3D Embroidery
- Dimensionality: Provides a high-relief, tactile appearance that stands out visually.
- Best for Bold Shapes: Ideal for simple logos, block lettering, and geometric shapes.
- Durability: Highly durable and maintains its shape even after washing if cared for properly.
- Premium Feel: Often used to elevate branding on high-end streetwear, sports apparel, and corporate merchandise. How It Works
- Digitizing: A specialized digitized stitch file is created with doubled stitch density to fully cover and compress the foam.
- Foam Placement: After stitching a flat outline, a piece of 2mm or 3mm foam is placed over the design area.
- Dense Stitching: The machine sews over the foam with dense satin stitches, “cutting” the foam and locking it beneath the thread.
- Finishing: Excess foam is torn away, and any remaining bits can be shrunk with a gentle heat pass to ensure clean edges.
Chenille Embroidery
Chenille embroidery is known for its tactile appeal and is a popular choice for adding a, vintage,, or,,bold, look to apparel.
Flat Embroidery
Bring the needle up through the fabric, pick up a sequin, and take the needle down just outside the edge of the sequin. For the next, come up a small distance away, pull the thread through, and, while holding the sequin, go down through the edge of the previous sequin’s hole, creating a secure, overlapping line.
Tackle Twill
a durable method of decorating garments—primarily sports jerseys, uniforms, and varsity jackets—by applying custom-cut, woven polyester twill patches using zig-zag or satin embroidery stitching
