Vinyl Printing
It is all about heat transfer. You use a machine to cut out letters and designs from colored vinyl and heat-press them onto the t-shirt to transfer the color to it. Vinyl printing depends on a combination of pressure and heat.
Reflective Printing
Reflective printing uses special materials to make things brighter. It reflects light back to where it came from. This helps objects stand out in the dark. It is useful for safety, like bright high-visibility clothes for workers. It is also used in design to make items look cool
High Density Printing
High-density screen printing, in particular, is a specialized form of screen printing that creates a raised, three-dimensional effect on the printed surface. This effect is achieved by using a special type of ink that is thick and viscous, and by printing multiple layers of ink on top of each other.
Embroidery & Patches
Embroidered patches are a classic choice, known for their textured, raised design created by stitching thick embroidery threads onto a fabric backing (usually twill or felt). This gives the patch a dimensional, handcrafted feel, making them popular for uniforms, clubs, and vintage-style branding.
